Where AirBnB is an open platform designed for public users to list their spare rooms; that is open to the general public, NomadRooms is a private membership. That is, our users must become verified members before they can rent your room and Nomads pay an annual membership fee.
NomadRooms guarantees its members will be good stewards of the properties they borrow so you can be assured your property is safe. Also, our platform is targeted for medium to long term stays. For example, you can use our contract builder to add specific requirements for your properties. And you can assign actual cash penalties to the terms that you create/add in in the contract builder.
Furthermore, we believe that members who consistently take care of the rooms they are renting should be rewarded. That is, as members use our service and get good feedback from property owners like you, they receive a discount on future rentals. This is done through a ranking system we call “belts” where the color of a members belt indicates their discount rate.
What’s more, our data is not shared with any government bodies or local officials; we are a private membership.
