Overview
NomadRooms offers its Members and Partners (Property Owners) a full service booking system that enables them to reduce the time they need to interact with each other; thereby, lowing the costs of booking for Members. Member bookings are confirmed instantly.
How does it work?
When a Member (Nomad) makes a booking on NomadRooms.com, it is booked instantly, there is no need to wait for an approval from the property owner. Also, Members are verified by NomadRooms.com, there is no need to re-verify with our Partners. This helps our Partners keep their pricing to a minimal, and it improves the booking experience for Nomads.
All the information a Nomad needs about using the property is either listed on NomadRooms.com or will be emailed directly to the Nomad from our travel specialists.
At NomadRooms, every booking is assigned to a specialist that will make sure everything goes smooth. Nomads and Partners can contact this specialist 24/7 using the communication channels listed below. Please have your booking ID number ready when you contact NomadRooms.com. (In the dashboard click on “Bookings” then “View” for the booking. The Booking ID will be listed and it will look like this: 62251868ac16d803139d0520
Channels of communication:
Website Chat – The best way to contact NomadRooms and/or a Partner is by using the 24/7 chat available on the website and mobile page.
Dashboard – Several functions like canceling a booking can be done via the account dashboard on the website. If you need cancel or modify a booking, please use this method first.
