Membership Fees
Please also make sure to review The General Terms of Service that apply to all individuals and/or organizations that utilize the platform provided as NomadRooms.com.
Because each country has different laws regarding how our community can borrow/lend properties, specific terms of service may be provided for the country in which the property is located.

Overview
Unlike many room renting platforms, we are not open to the public, but rather, we are an exclusive membership. The public is welcome to our site to see all of the awesome properties we have available. But only members can book a property.
How does it work?
When you make your first booking, you’ll be charged a small (usually very small) membership fee. After you complete your booking reservation, we will require a copy of your identification and will setup an interview with you. Don’t worry, it’s just a chance for us to connect with you and say hi. Once that process is finished, you are considered a member, congratulations!
The membership fee is due annually, but once you join, your fee is grandfathered in so it will never go up!

What if?
- What if I no longer wish to be a member?
- When you cancel your account, we’ll also cancel your membership fee and you will no longer be charged.
- What if I cancel but then later want to use the service again?
- Reserve the property you want as explained above. When you use the same email we’ll see that you’ve already been verified.
- If I close my account then come back, will my membership fee be the same?
- Maybe. That is, if the price of the membership has not risen, it will be the same. However, if the price has risen since you left us, you’ll have to pay the new price. Since this fee is grandfathered in; that is, it will never increase, we strongly suggest that you don’t close your account if you think you might use the service again in the future.
